Although we can’t deny the benefits of the sun’s Vitamin D, in addition it gives us an amazing tan that we’ve been waiting for the summer to get it, but the UV rays of the sun are harmful for our skin & it might cause skin cancer & it is one of the main reasons for dark spots, age spots & freckles. So try to avoid the sun from 10 PM till 4 PM, the sun is so strong at that time & it damages the skin texture, Make sure that you apply a 50+ SPF every morning & keep it in your purse in case you want to apply it again during the day, even if you are walking on the street going to lunch or coming back home from work, you need to put SPF to protect your skin. although using moisturiser cream in the morning is not a bad idea.

I personally drink 4 cups of warm water when I wake up in the morning, it improves my skin & keeps it hydrated.Water is essential for Life, about 70% of Human body is water, so drinking water is vital to maintain a healthy lifestyle & most of all a healthy skin!
Water is very important to eliminate the toxins from the body, hydrates & purify the skin, you should drink at least 8 cups of water per day, if you find it so hard and you don’t like to drink a lot of water, you can put some lemon slices to give it a good taste, & to motivate you more you can do this amazing water challenge & put it a reminder on your phone.
Keep Your Skin Hydrated:
Make sure you make you keep your skin hydrated and moisturized all the time by using a skin moisturizer cream every morning & before you sleep, hydrated skin is a healthy skin, so try to choose a whitening or lightening moisturizer cream, so you get light, even and hydrated skin.
Wash your face everyday with cold water, it refreshes & lifts the skin.
Make sure to clean the make up every night before you sleep, makeup is a must for any girl of us, but sleeping with makeup will harm your skin & prevents it from breathing at night.
